We ship our dried indigenous vegetables both within Kenya and internationally. For international orders, please note that shipping availability may vary based on the destination country.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Local (Kenya):

Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days.
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

International:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Typically, international shipments take 7-14 business days. Rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. Customs and import duties may apply.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor your shipment. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please contact our customer support.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any of these additional charges. Maggys Kienyeji Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Certain products may be restricted for shipping in specific regions. We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

7. Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information for updates. Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance or other external factors. 8. Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the package. Please ensure all delivery information is correct before confirming your order.
